Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MARCH app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: MARCH is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Before beginning any exercise program, including rucking:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider
• Ensure you are physically capable of performing weighted exercise
• Start with appropriate weight for your fitness level
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You assume all risks associated with using the App and engaging in physical activity. We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or other damages resulting from your use of the App or participation in rucking activities.

Accuracy of Information

While MARCH strives to provide accurate tracking of your workouts, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

• Calorie calculations
• Distance measurements
• Pace estimates
• Training program recommendations

Use your own judgment and consult with fitness professionals when following training programs.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's code or systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices in the App

Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's App Store
• Subject to Apple's Terms of Service and refund policies
• Non-transferable between devices or accounts (subject to Apple's Family Sharing)

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by MARCH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
