MARCH ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the MARCH app for Apple Watch.

Data Collection and Storage

MARCH is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your workout data is stored locally on your device and synced to your Apple Health app. We do not:

• Collect or store your personal data on our servers
• Track your location outside of individual workouts
• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Require account creation or cloud login

Apple Health Integration

MARCH integrates with Apple Health to save your workout data. This data is controlled by you through iOS Health permissions. You can revoke MARCH's access to Health data at any time in your device Settings.

GPS and Location Data

During a ruck workout, MARCH uses your device's GPS to track your route, distance, and pace. This location data:

• Is only collected during active workouts
• Stays on your device and in Apple Health
• Is never transmitted to external servers
• Can be deleted at any time through the app or Apple Health

Analytics and Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve app performance. This data is anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase premium features, the transaction is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

Children's Privacy

MARCH is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
